The sun is shining. The
flowers are blooming. The birds are chirping. Melting snow, patches of green
grass and warmer weather means it must be Spring. Spring is when we fly kites,
plant seeds, put away the winter clothes.
It seems common to
incorporate verbs such as, "explosion" in attempting to describe the season of Spring. Everything wild is blooming with total abandon. Winter is still on our minds, but the hopes of Spring are in our souls. Spring shows what the Master of the universe can do with a dismal, damp dreary winding down of winter. One of the attractions in getting out to the "country" is that I feel freedom to see the spring arrive, at my own pace. Yet I realize, nature is not going to wait for me to get there…
